{ 2012 Fall Leaves Family & Children's Mini Sessions }

 Enjoy a fast and fabulous 20 minute Fall foliage mini session at a location of your choice!

Session fee is just $50.00 for up to 4 family members, add $5.00 per additional family member or pet in the same session. *Includes travel fee (save $15!) for one location up to 40 miles from our studio (zip 27019).

Please dress in colorful, coordinated casual clothing for this mini. Matching clothing is NOT required (or suggested!).  Browns and creams mix well, or choose a splash of fall color (such as pumkin orange or maroon) and mix sparingly. For example, a cute fall pattern on your kiddo, a cream cableknit sweater and boots for mom with a scarf or heels in a color picked up from your kiddo's outfit, and a dark brown sweater or shirt for dad.

** We've tried planning foliage session dates in the past and missed the peak, so this year we're leaving it up to you! When the foliage colors are changing to the look you are going for, give us a call! **

Winston Salem Newborn Photography { Wee W }

What a sweet little girl ♥  

Just 3 weeks new, wee "W" was such a girly girl already!  She was SO easy to work with, and so was her mom!  We had a blast playing with color for her session!  I used some fun ribbon and lace buntings from Dinner Time Chimes and lots of other fun headbands, hats and backdrops for little "W"'s session.

I loved her sweet little smile ♥

Seriously - how sweet is that smile!

Winston Salem Newborn Photographer { BABY W }

Oh my - I have to say, adorable baby "W" is by far the biggest newborn we've ever had in the studio :)  I've talked the past month about having some big babies around 9 pounds at birth in the studio - which of course seem large to me, as my son was born at 35 weeks and only weighed 5 pounds/10 ounces.  This little guy totally outweighed all the other little birdies we've had in the studio by far!  "W" weighed 12 pounds and 2 ounces at birth, and was 23 inches long!  What a big boy!  He was such a cutie pie - with a head full of dark hair and the sweetest chubbiest cheeks ever!  "W" was a happy, sleepy boy, as well.  He loved nestling down in a basket, and even slept through many hats, us giggling, and backdrop changes. 

*Be warned, that those chubby little cheeks are wicked cute...

Winston Salem Newborn Photography { 2 K's }

Double cuteness - oh how I enjoy working with siblings!  "K" is a big sister - and she was SO excited about it!  She was uber excited to hold little "K" and cuddle with her!  What a gorgeous little one, well, both of them were gorgeous girlies - I still can't get over baby "K"'s hair!  It was so thick and silky :)  And her mom brought some of the cutest little outfits for her...

Oh my goodness, the cuteness of this wee little girly ♥

Wee "A" was such a sweet little one - and I would almost venture to say the smiliest baby we've ever had in the studio!  I wanted to keep her :)  I was so excited when "A"'s mom and dad told me they weren't afraid of color!  I got to use some bright props and colorful backdrops for her session -

Winston Salem Newborn Photographer { BABY D }

Baby "D" was a BIG boy :) 

Okay, we've had some uber sleepy babies in the studio lately, and they've all been BIG babies!  The smallest newborn we've had in the past 2 weeks weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces at birth.  This little guy was the biggest :)  Weighing in at just over 9 pounds at birth, this little guy was all boy! He slept throughout the session, waking up to snack briefly and then dozing back off.  A happy baby - look at that sweet little pout!

{ WILDFLOWER MINIS } Triad Children's Photographer

A spare lemonade stand, an over-grown perennial flower bed, a set of gorgeous lace buntings from Dinner Time Chimes, my favorite flower - the Daisy (and yes, that's why my dog's name is Daisy Mae), and some super cute kiddos...and the Wildflowers Mini theme was born! 

I was thinking that this might have to be a girly theme, but when the little cutie below hung out in front of the stand, I realized that it works EQUALLY well for the little guys, too!  I had envisioned this theme with pastels and slightly washed out images, polar opposite from the colorful Lemonade minis that we just finished up - and everything fell perfectly into place with the lovely series of fantabulous images below...

Winston Salem Senior Photographer { Abby }

Class of 2013 - new locations, new session add-ons, new modern products, new fun! 


I had a blast working with Abby on her senior portraits!  She was such a gorgeous and photogenic girl - and SO easy to work with!  The locations we chose worked beautifully with her outfits :)  Her hair and make-up looked amazing and was done by professional hair and make-up artist Erin Blakley (erinblakley.com).  If you would like to add-on hair and make-up to your senior session, please let us know at the time of booking.
