I loved designing the set for Miss J's two year birthday session! Her mom and I planned for months, and she wanted to go with corals, peaches, pinks and mint (my favorite colors!), and I stumbled on a fun, mint fabric at the local fabric store that inspired the shabby chic set! I made the bunting and matching headband, and my husband covered a super cute ottoman for the session. I am in love with how gorgeous and minty it all turned out!
I always enjoy working with J and her mom, and love her mom's crafty ideas and planning with her in advance (you might remember her cake smash here). And I was shocked when after a few minutes of walking around to get used to the studio, J kept saying "snow" and "snowman" - she remembered coming in for our Christmas Minis last year and the snowman that we had on the backdrop! She was only around 15 months old at the time - and she remembered the snow! I still can't get over how smart she is! And gorgeous, she just gets cuter every time she comes in!
