The "M" Maternity Session...

The "M" family was so much fun to work with!  We spent the morning working with this sweet couple on their maternity session and the weather and light cooperated perfectly for their scheduled day and time!  It was a chilly morning in the shade, but in the sun, it was quite nice.  We did lots of shots of the two of them together and even some shots of "V" individually.  She was such a beautiful mommy-to-be with her dark hair and eyes, and glowing complexion.  She brought a long blue dress for her second outfit and it looked so beautiful with the Old World style bricks and walkways at their location   :)

The "M" Family's Maternity Session...

I was super excited when mama "M" contacted me to do their maternity session!  We met this sweet couple less than two years ago when we were doing their maternity session for little Avery (see their first maternity session) (see Avery's newborn session) and now Avery is going to be a big sister!

We went to the same park for their maternity session, but at a totally different time of the year and the images turned out gorgeous!  I love the shot of Avery's mom holding her - that is now in my top ten favorites of all time that we've captured!  Mama "M" is gorgeous and glowing for this session - her lace dress was so pretty!  And we can't wait to meet their new little when they arrive  :)

It's a Boy for the P family! { winston salem maternity sessions }

 

Super excited to meet this baby!  I've been working with this little family for a couple of years now, since doing the handsome little guy pictured's newborn session.  I loved meeting with them to photograph their formal pregnancy announcement which doubled as a gender reveal, too!  It was a nasty, rainy day and their session was outdoors, but we lucked up with a covered bridge to shoot in and the lighting was perfect!

The B Maternity Session { maternity photographers winston salem }

 

I loved shooting the "B" family's maternity session!  This family has become close friends of ours - their extended family has, too!  We started working with them over 5 years ago when their little red head was 6 months old - she's about to turn 6 YEARS old, and get a new little sister!

We shot their session at a local park and the light was perfect!  The shots were amazing - their furry family member, Jake, decided that he wanted to do his own thing and photo-bomb them every time I got them into place, but it worked out!  He would run in front of them and plop down right into place.  Haha.  I couldn't have placed him any better than he did himself!

I can feel myself evolving as a photographer.  I wanted to make their session more about them, and their entire family and their emotions instead of all about the belly.  I love the moments that I captured and am uber happy with how their session turned out.

So excited for our dear friends, and can't wait to meet their new little when she arrives!

N & T's Maternity Session { winston salem }

This fun couple came in for a maternity session on a gloomy, rainy day - we had originally planned to shoot their session at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, NC, but mother nature had other plans for us!  Even indoors, we were able to get some beautiful shots and silhouettes, and the rain lightened up enough at the end of the session for us to run outdoors at the studio and get a few quick shots with the blooming trees behind this awesome couple.
