Meet Teeny Baby Lylah...

We had so much fun spending the morning working with this tiny baby girl and her sweet family!  We were able to do a last minute session for her because she decided to make her arrival four weeks earlier than she was planned to!  This sweet little one slept through the entire session and loved being cozy and warm and swaddled.  She even flashed a little smile for us!  We were even able to tuck her into a vintage shabby chic basket for a couple of cute shots at the end, too!

Her parents loved pinks and aquas so we chose colors that coordination and flowed with those to tie all of the images from her session together, and lots of textures and ruffles, as well.

Baby Vittoria { newborn photographers winston salem nc }

 

Meet Beautiful Baby Vittoria...

We had so much fun working with this tiny baby girl and her sweet family!  We were able to do a last minute maternity session for her parents, just in time, about a week before she decided to make her arrival!  This sweet little one slept through almost the entire session and loved being cozy and warm.  She was definitely a fan of wraps and swaddle sacks!  She didn't mind bonnets or headbands.  We were even able to tuck her into a vintage shabby chic bucket for a couple of cute shots, too!

Her mom loved pinks and creams so we did lots of different shades of pink and added in some ivories and creams, and lots of textures and ruffles, and lace.  I love how her images turned out and how beautifully they flow together  :)

The "M" Maternity Session { winston salem nc }

 




The "M" Maternity Session...

The "M" family was so much fun to work with!  We spent the morning working with this sweet couple on their maternity session and the weather and light cooperated perfectly for their scheduled day and time!  It was a chilly morning in the shade, but in the sun, it was quite nice.  We did lots of shots of the two of them together and even some shots of "V" individually.  She was such a beautiful mommy-to-be with her dark hair and eyes, and glowing complexion.  She brought a long blue dress for her second outfit and it looked so beautiful with the Old World style bricks and walkways at their location   :)

Baby Ansley { winston salem newborn photographers }

 



Welcome to the World, Little Ansley...

We loved spending the morning with Little Ansley and her family!  She was so sweet and adorable, and her parents and both grandmothers were super sweet, too!  Baby Ansley was awake for the beginning of her session, dozed for a while, then woke back up and gave me a smile at the end of the session.  

Her mom loved pinks and neutrals, so we used lots of varying shades of pink and creams, with some lace, pearls and more pink!  Her mom brought the cutest, tiny set of fuzzy angel wings for Little Ansley, and she totally rocked them!  Her session turned out gorgeous and I love how beautifully her images coordinate and flow  :)

Baby Finn { winston salem newborn photographers }

Welcome to the World Baby Finn...

Oh my word.  Baby Finn.  Finn did NOT want to make his appearance, so we had to reschedule his session, but when this sweet little guy finally arrived and came to the studio, he was a total sweetheart!  Weighing in at just over 9 pounds, he stayed awake for most of his session, and was so still and quiet and calm.  He didn't wiggle a bit when we burrito-ed him or wrapped him or posed him.  He watched us with curious eyes and this little guy, oh my goodness, this little guy had the most expressions!  He made so many cute faces and smiles during his session - it was hard to pick only a few shots to share  :)

We did a mix of blues and grays and neutrals for Baby Finn's images, and this little guy quietly chilled and enjoyed relaxing in each set.  His images flow together gorgeously, and we got such a huge variety of expressions from Baby Finn, and a lot of images with his eyes open, which is rare!

Baby Ayven's Cake Smash { winston salem }

Baby Ayven's Cookie and Cake Smash...

Oh my goodness.  A Cookie Monster themed cake smash.  How adorable is this?!  Baby Ayven's mom contacted us to do his cake smash about a month before the actual cake smash, and lots of emails and planning ensued.  This sweet boy's cake smash was layers and layers of blues, complete with balloons and chocolate chip cookies!

Baby Ayven enjoyed playing in his cake - especially crushing the cookies into the cake icing!  He didn't really care to eat much of the cake, and I was really surprised that he wasn't too into the cookies, but he had a blast making a mess and decorating his cookies himself haha :)
