2019 Halloween Food Drive Results...

Every year, we celebrate Halloween with a fun charity food drive at our studio - this is our 12th year :-)    

What a rainy Halloween!  The weather was crazy and so many people cancelled their plans and events, but despite the winds and rain, you guys braved the weather to attend our Halloween Food Drive and we still had a great turnout! I am so happy to say that our final count came to 355 items this year!  We are so grateful to have the caring clients that we have and are so excited to have the opportunity to do this event every year for East Stokes Outreach Ministry.  You guys are so amazing and I can't thank each and every one of you enough for caring about the community and participating in our event this year!

We're currently working on editing images from the event and will be getting them out as quick as we can.  All of the food has been sorted and dropped off at the food pantry and they were so happy to see us!  Look for an email from us in late Winter/early Spring for our Annual Pet Food Drive which will also benefit East Stokes Outreach Ministry.  We hope to see you again!

12th Annual Halloween Food Drive & Open House

October is here...which brings along gorgeous foliage, warm sweaters, cozy blankets, cooler weather and pumpkin everything...and Halloween! Every year, we celebrate Halloween with a fun charity food drive at our studio - this is our 12th year! We're super excited to be able to do it again and can't wait to see what our little clients come dressed as this year :-)

Last year, we collected 471 total items for the food pantry at East Stokes Outreach Ministry - that's over double of what we've collected in previous years! But, this year we want to collect even more! Please invite and bring your friends and share our information to get the word out so that we can collect as much food as possible during this event!

Bring your child or pet to our studio on Halloween evening to our Open House and Food Drive in their Halloween costume, enjoy snacks and drinks, grab a goodie bag, pose for a quick photo and receive a free digital image emailed to you!

**THE CATCH?** We're requiring you to bring a minimum of TWO BAGS of food PER CHILD to be donated to East Stokes Outreach Ministry. More than two bags are not required, but would be happily and gratefully accepted :)
Can be cans, boxes, bags, but please NO out-of-date food!
Dog food and cat food is also needed!

With your help, we can make a difference and knock out hunger!

*What’s the cost? TWO BAGS of canned food to benefit local families in need!

We are partnering with East Stokes Outreach Ministry to bring smiles to hundreds of local people in need — share a meal, help save a life! 

*We're requiring TWO FULL BAGS of canned food to participate this year, so we can be of more help to those who need it.
No out-of-date donations, please.

Baby Lylah { winston salem newborn photographers }

Meet Teeny Baby Lylah...

We had so much fun spending the morning working with this tiny baby girl and her sweet family!  We were able to do a last minute session for her because she decided to make her arrival four weeks earlier than she was planned to!  This sweet little one slept through the entire session and loved being cozy and warm and swaddled.  She even flashed a little smile for us!  We were even able to tuck her into a vintage shabby chic basket for a couple of cute shots at the end, too!

Her parents loved pinks and aquas so we chose colors that coordination and flowed with those to tie all of the images from her session together, and lots of textures and ruffles, as well.

Baby Brooklyn { winston salem newborn photographers }

Meet Beautiful Baby Brooklyn...

We had so much fun working with this tiny baby girl and her sweet family on her newborn session!  This sweet little one slept through almost the entire session and loved being swaddled for some of the shots.  Her mom loved wraps and headbands, so we stuck with those, as well as gorgeous neutrals like grays and creams.
