Luke is Four...

Time please slow down!  I'm shocked to be blogging about Sweet Luke's four year session already. This sweet boy always does so good for his sessions and he's usually super quiet, but he enjoyed chatting a little with us this time about ants and bugs and playing on the playground.  We met Luke and his sweet mom and little brother for an early morning outdoor location session and the weather cooperated nicely!  It was a cool comfortable sunny morning, and we were even able to get a couple of shots of Luke and his little brother together in front of some gorgeous white azaleas that had just bloomed!

The "P" Family's Session { winston salem nc }

The "P" Family's Fall Session...

Yes, I typed Fall.  I'm pretty behind in my blog posting.  The holidays got us crazy and I am slowly catching up!  But with this rainy and unpredictable weather keeping everyone inside, it helps with productivity when it comes to filing and paperwork and taxes, I guess!

We love seeing this sweet family!  We've been working with them since the birth of their first handsome little guy and have loved working with them ever since!  This time we got to work with the extended family, too and do a couple big family shot and some individual family group shots.  We even got a couple of the grandparents with the grandchildren.  Their clothing was coordinated gorgeously - we even found some purple mums that went perfectly with their clothing choices!  We had so much fun spending time with everyone of the "P" family and getting to know more about those who we'd only met once before  :)

Summer Love Minis { winston salem photographers }

Celebrate Summer's arrival and warm, sunny days with a Summer Love mini session!  This simple, outdoor mini focuses on capturing the fun that Summer brings - bubbles, barefeet and the warm sun.

Saturday, July 9th
10:00am to 1:00pm

Session Fee is just $35 and includes a 20 minute mini session outdoors at a local park for one child.  Prints, collections and products purchased separately.  
*add $5 for each additional child in the same session (up to three total)

Recommended for children 6 months and older/sitting up unassisted.

Spring Family Mini Sessions { winston salem }

Celebrate the gorgeous blooms of Spring with a family mini session anywhere in the Triad! Have a favorite location or want to do it at your home? Let us know when booking, or we'll be happy to suggest some of our favorites this time of year!

Spring Family mini sessions last 30 minutes and include one outfit change and travel to any location in Winston Salem, Clemmons, High Point, Greensboro or the Triad of North Carolina.  (weather permitting)

Monday - Saturday, May 16th-21st 2016

Session Fee is just $75 and includes a 30 minute mini session for unlimited family members (and pets are welcome to come along to be included in the family portrait!).  Prints, collections and digital negatives are not included and are purchased separately.

Declan's Cake Smash { winston salem }

 

I can't believe a year has past already since shooting Declan's newborn session!  How did that happen?  We've been working with Declan's sweet family for a few years now, and finally had the opportunity to capture them as a family!  Their family images came out so gorgeous - the light was beautiful in the park that morning, and the colors are so alive!  Bonus, Declan had a cake smash at the end of the session!

Oh my goodness.  Outdoor cake smashes are so much fun!  Way messier, yes, but I loved how colorful Declan's turned out!  This little guy was so funny - he had no plans to put his hands in the cake, but he was all for eating it with silverware!  That's the first time I've ever seen that happen!  Too cute!   :)

Owen turns three! { child photography winston salem }

My buddy, Owen is three!  We met Owen and his mom at a local park and the weather was so lovely, it was a cooler morning, so we were able to roam around without getting too hot.  Owen loved looking for the playground and squirrels, and he carried as many nuts and acorns as he could to give to them.  He has great eyes - even though we were not even close to the playground, somehow he spotted it through the trees!  We even found a baby tree, which looked so much like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree.  

Owen was super literal, which made me giggle, and when my husband told him to say "I love candy" real loud, he literally said, "I love candy real loud" haha!  When we finished the session, his mom said, "Tell them thank you, Owen" and I was so expecting him to say, "Thank you Owen"!  He has some of the cutest expressions that I was able to capture this time!  Owen is a sweetheart and we enjoy seeing him and his family each time they book a session with us :)
