Baby Ayven's Cookie and Cake Smash...

Oh my goodness.  A Cookie Monster themed cake smash.  How adorable is this?!  Baby Ayven's mom contacted us to do his cake smash about a month before the actual cake smash, and lots of emails and planning ensued.  This sweet boy's cake smash was layers and layers of blues, complete with balloons and chocolate chip cookies!

Baby Ayven enjoyed playing in his cake - especially crushing the cookies into the cake icing!  He didn't really care to eat much of the cake, and I was really surprised that he wasn't too into the cookies, but he had a blast making a mess and decorating his cookies himself haha :)

Spring Family Mini Sessions { winston salem }

Spring Family mini sessions last 30 minutes and include one outfit change and travel to any location in Winston Salem, Clemmons, High Point, Greensboro, Kernersville or the Triad of North Carolina. (weather permitting)

Monday - Saturday, May 22nd-27th 

Session Fee is just $75 and includes a 30 minute mini session for unlimited family members (and pets are welcome to come along to be included in the family portrait!). Prints, collections and digital negatives are not included and are purchased separately.

Baby Hadley { newborn photographers winston salem }

Meet Beautiful Baby Hadley...

Beautiful Baby Hadley did so good for her newborn session!  She slept the entire time and her big brother came along for a couple shots with his new sister.  Baby Hadley had so much hair - and it was so dark and pretty!  Every time I would start to take a shot I'd have to stop and fix her hair.  That doesn't happen often with newborns :)

We stuck with girly pinks and creams for Baby Hadley's images, and her mom brought a bag of her big brother's cars so we could make a heart with them around little Hadley.  This sweet girl cuddled with her brother, snuggled with a bunny, cozied in a basket and relaxed in some wraps.  And didn't complain one bit.  She looked so pretty in every color that we tried, even a bright, Spring green!

Baby Emmett { winston salem newborn photographers }

Meet Tiny Little Emmett...

Tiny Emmett was the sweetest little guy to spend the morning with!  He was sleepy and quiet and was more than happy to be swaddled and let us try some new props out on him!  I had just ordered some new upcycled rompers and hats to add to our collection for our clients to use during their newborn sessions, and little Emmett didn't complain a bit about modeling them for us  :)

His mom liked blues and neutrals for his session, so we stuck with those colors for his sets, and she brought the cutest little blue owl hat for a couple of shots that we paired with a neutral creamy wood backdrop and cream flokati fur rug, and tucked little Emmett in a matching blue bucket.  And he slept away.  Baby Emmett even smiled a few times for me ♥

Tea Party Mini Sessions { winston salem kids photographers }

         An outdoor tea party using our wicker table and chairs, featuring an antique floral tea set. Barefoot in the grass with a favorite stuffed animal is a client favorite.  Bring your child's favorite lovie or use one of ours!

Themed mini sessions are quick paced using one themed set and do not allow time for an outfit change.  If you would like to incorporate multiple outfits or sets, please let us know and we will be happy to schedule a regular mini session for you.

Jack's Cake Smash { winston salem }

Baby Jack's Teal Cake Smash...

How adorable is this sweet boy?!  It seems like we just finished little Jack's newborn session a few months ago, but has it seriously been a year already?  We've been working with Jack and his little family since his big brother was born, who also recently just had a birthday - his FOURTH birthday!  

Jack's mom LOVES teal, so Jack's cake smash colors were all about gorgeous shades of teals and aquas.  I love, love, love this set!  Baby Jack was cool with playing in his cake - he didn't really eat too much of it, but he seemed to enjoy smearing the icing on himself and the floor :)

Baby Kenny is One { baby photographers winston salem }

Baby Kenny is One...

I can't believe Baby Kenny is one already!  We've loved seeing this sweet boy and watching him grow throughout his first year on our baby plan!  This little guy is always so quiet and cheerful and reserved when he comes in, and his mom always sneaks in his tractor for a shot or two at each session :)  He has so many cute and funny expressions that he gives me, this time there were two that just killed me - there was a super bored, why me expression, and then there was one shot where he just posed himself and his little legs all perfect for an uber cute shot and waited for me to click the shutter!

Baby Kenny had a Mickey Mouse themed birthday / one year session and brought his Mickey along, and also brought his cousin along who helped me try to make him giggle, and sneaked in for a quick shot with him at the end of the session.

Baby Grayson { winston salem newborn photographers }

 



Meet Baby Grayson...

This little guy.  Oh my goodness.  Grayson was such a sweet little guy!  He did NOT want to make an appearance, so we had to reschedule his newborn session, and when he finally arrived, he was a big boy!  He had a head full of hair, and we joked with his mom about him already needing a haircut!  This little guy had lots of hair!  He slept through almost the entire session and he was so fun to pose with his little chubby rolls :)

His mom brought a super cute giraffe outfit for him and we played around with earthy neutral colors for his sets / session.  He even had the sock monkey in for a few shots, too!

We loved spending the morning with little Grayson and his family and can't wait to see them again soon!
